With not much to do in Karratha you get pretty creative at finding things to keep you busy otherwise your days merge into one and you can lose track of yourself.

Teancum my brother is one of the most random people you could possibly come across but in saying that he would also rank pretty high in my picks for most awesome as well. At any given time he is concocting up something new in that brain of his and each one more amusing then the last. So when he came to me with an idea for a pretty awesome photo i couldn't wait to get started. 

We had some inspiration but thought we could give it our own little twist. this is what we came up with. 

Im not going to lie, there was more bad photos then good. The main reason being he was supporting his whole body on his right elbow. i think he did pretty amazing. It was so much fun to do. When we were scrunching every single article of white clothing Mick and I own, i could only think of Mila's Daydreams and how much fun her mummy must have creating little worlds around her. I think its pretty cool if i do say so myself. 

bokeh awesomeness.

Megan Hartley from Hart Me Photography bought to my attention a technique called Bokeh. I have been wanting to give it a whirl for a while but was a little bit sceptical until now. With the help of my brother Teancum we got it set up pretty easily. Its a little fiddley but once the levels are right its heaps of fun. the possibilities are endless. I'm not entirely sure of how it actually happens all i know is, its awesome! Its not the best but its our first attempt. just looking at it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside and i start craving cinnamon and christmas.. yummy.
